With the wealth of resources and recordings available online these days, it's surprising that they aren't used more than they are. There are all kinds of recordings on YouTube and at the International Dialects of English Archive, in addition to sites like www.AccentHelp.com that teach the dialects. People just need to seek them out because a bad dialect often ruins a production.
